Richard Barry Parker (18 November – 21 February ) was an English architect and urban planner associated with the Arts and Crafts Movement. He was primarily known for his architectural partnership with Raymond Unwin. Sir Raymond Unwin (–) was one of the leading architects and town planners of the first half of the 20th century.
